The John Inskeep House is maintained as a house museum The oldest section dates to 1771 and is furnished as an early colonial home. The two 19th Century additions are more representative of that period. In addition to furniture our collection includes Native American artifacts and fossils discovered in Evesham, farming implement, tools and textiles.
Historian Eric Orange will be discussing Revolutionary War events that took place in Evesham Township and Burlington County. This is a the second in a series of free lectures sponsored by the Evesham Historical Society to celebrate America's 250 years of Independence and the people and events that made it all possible.
