Financial Donations

Tax-deductible donations for the Evesham Historical Society are greatly appreciated. We accept donations online in addition to cash and checks.

Interested in Donating Items?

If you have items you believe would be a valuable addition to the Evesham Historical Society, please follow our three step donation process (outlined below) to ensure they are preserved properly. Simply leaving items on the porch does not guarantee they will be saved or used, as our space is limited, and we must be selective about what we accept.

To donate, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit an Inquiry – Contact the society (through the form below) with details about the items you wish to donate, including clear photographs. This helps us evaluate whether the items align with our collection and mission.
  2. Complete a Deed of Gift Form – If your items are approved, we will provide a Deed of Gift form for you to fill out. This document formalizes the transfer of ownership to the society.
  3. Transfer Your Gift – Once the form is completed, arrange to bring your items to the society at an agreed-upon time.

Once you have had your gift approved, please fill out the Deed of Gift form below to initiate the transfer. 

3. Schedule Your Transfer

After your Deed of Gift has been approved, someone from the society will contact you to schedule a dropoff or pickup.

*Please do not just drop items on the society’s porch. The space is unprotected from the elements and we would hate to have things damaged or ruined that we are not expecting to receive!
