Free The John Inskeep House is maintained as a house museum The oldest section dates to 1771 and is furnished as an early colonial home. The two 19th Century additions are more representative of that period. In addition to furniture our collection includes Native American artifacts and fossils discovered in Evesham, farming implement, tools and textiles.

Evesham Juneteenth Celebration

In the mid 1800's Evesham Township was home to a large enclave of Free Blacks and fugitive enslaved people.  Visit our table at the Juneteenth Celebration to learn where it was and some of the families who lived there.  An abandoned cemetery that was part of the community has recently been acquired by the Township to be protected and preserved.
